LAN1053A Product Overview
LAN1053A is an automotive-grade medium-voltage linear constant current IC specially designed for 9–10V LEDs supporting high power dissipation. It forms a complete constant current drive circuit with just two external resistors – extremely simple BOM, low cost, and high manufacturing yield.
LAN1053A integrates a 135°C over-temperature protection circuit, maintaining stable temperature control even under high voltage drop, keeping LED junction temperature within 130°C. Suitable for automotive high temperature and fanless operation.
LAN1053A features an internal 100V power MOSFET with maximum output current of 1.2A; normal operating dropout voltage less than 1V, resulting in low heat generation and high efficiency, suitable for 12V automotive high power dissipation applications.
