DW8506 is a wide-voltage low dropout linear constant current LED driver IC developed by DONGWOON ANATECH from South Korea. The input voltage range covers 6.5V to 40V, and the output current is adjustable from 0 to 100mA. It integrates internal MOSFET and thermal derating protection circuit. Packaged in SOT23-5L, this device can be used as a pin-to-pin replacement for mainstream models including BCR401W and BCR420U.
