Product Description – JYM27123 Bipolar Latch Hall-Effect Switch Sensor
The JYM27123 series are high-sensitivity bipolar latch Hall-effect switch chips designed using advanced BCDMOS process technology. The device integrates on-chip voltage regulator, under-voltage lockout (UVLO), signal amplifier, temperature compensation, offset cancellation, comparator, output driver, and output current-limiting circuitry. Magnetic parameters are minimally affected by mechanical stress, while the chip features excellent EMI immunity and high reliability.
The JYM27123 sensor chip is optimized for industrial environments with a junction temperature range of -40℃ to 150℃ and an operating voltage range of 2.8V to 24V. It is available in TO-92S and SOT23-3L packages, fully compliant with RoHS (EU) 2015/863 standards.

Typical Application Circuit 1: As shown in Figure 1, recommended pull-up resistor RL = 1kΩ ~ 10kΩ, CP = 10nF, CL = 4.7nF.

Typical Application Circuit 2: As shown in Figure 2, for noisy power supply applications, a series resistor R1 is recommended at the VCC pin, with CP between VCC and GND, and CL between OUT and GND, placed close to the device. (Recommended: R1 = 100Ω, CP = 10nF, CL = 4.7nF)
