Product Description of Bipolar Latch Hall Effect Switch Sensor JYM27122
The JYM27122 series is a high-sensitivity bipolar latch Hall effect switch chip designed using BCDMOS process technology. The chip integrates on-chip voltage regulation, under-voltage lockout, signal amplification, temperature compensation, offset compensation, comparators, output driver, and output current limiting circuits. In addition, mechanical stress has minimal impact on the chip's magnetic parameters, featuring strong electromagnetic interference (EMI) immunity and high reliability.
The JYM27122 sensor chip is suitable for industrial environments with an operating junction temperature range of -40℃ to 150℃ and a supply voltage range of 2.8V to 24V. It is available in TO-92S and SOT23-3L packages, which comply with RoHS standards.

Typical Application Circuit 1: As shown in Figure 1, recommended value for RL is 1kΩ to 10kΩ, CP=10nF, CL=4.7nF.

Typical Application Circuit 2: As shown in Figure 2, for noisy supply applications, a series resistor R1 is recommended at the supply input, a decoupling capacitor CP between VCC and GND, and a capacitor CL between output and GND, placed close to the chip. (Recommended: R1=100Ω, CP=10nF, CL=4.7nF)
