General Description of CSC8515

The CSC8515 is a high precision primary side feedback constant current LED driver chip.The chip operates in the DCM mode, suitable for 85VAC~265VAC full range input flybackLED isolation voltage, power 5W constant current power supply. The internal circuitintegrated 650VHigh power MOS tube, the primary side feedback mode, without secondary feedbackloop, without compensating circuit. The CS average current detection technology, very low chip working current, further reducing peripheral components, greatly saving the cost of the system. CSC8515 design of the current sampling circuit of high precision, so that the LED output current accuracy is ± 5%. Chip by constant current control mode sampling CS average current, can achieve excellent linear adjustment rate. The unique LED open / short circuit protection, CS resistance short-circuit protection, under voltage protection,over temperature protection chip multiple protection function to increase the reliability of the circuit. This circuit uses the SOP-8 package.
